Shipping
Orders received (Mon-Fri) are shipped the next day.
(Wherever possible, orders received by 12 noon (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day.)
Customers are kept informed of the status of their orders.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Delivery.
For orders of 2k and above we use an overnight courier for Next Day Delivery, DHL 2-4 day service or Royal Mail Standard Parcels depending on size of order and stock levels at our two warehouses.
We offer free delivery to addresses within the UK mainland. If you are in the Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands or Islands, please check with us. Carriage may still be included in the price.
If you live outside the UK mainland, please Contact Us for a shipping quote.
We are currently shipping only to Europe due to stringent restrictions concerning exports to countries outside Europe, particularly US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
We use recycled packaging wherever possible, so don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a box that has been used for electrical equipment, eggs or kitchen appliances! By using recycled materials in this way, we can make sure that larger orders arrive in sturdy containers - and it allows us to keep our prices down.

We accept instant online payment with credit or debit card via Google Checkout. Please click here to learn more about Google Checkout and secure online payments. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders.
Please note that deliveries of Soap Nuts paid for with cheques may incur a delay of up to seven days to allow for clearance of cheque.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase of Simply Soap Nuts, please Contact Us with your concerns and we’ll make every effort to resolve the issue.
